We don’t provide refunds but will gladly exchange any Persian rugs and carpets bought from us.
Our policy for exchanging is valid for the entire lifetime of the carpet and rug, as long as the rug is undamaged.
Also, the rugs displayed on our website are representative of what is in our Gallery. We cannot guarantee that we will have the exact rug in our stock at any time but we will be able to find another rug that is nearly identical in size and pattern, all handmade rugs are not exactly the same they are each unique. Online buyers should choose carefully
